<h2>Terms &amp; Conditions</h2><p>When you book with us, the following terms &amp; conditions apply:</p><h4>1. Age</h4><p>You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation.</p><h4>2. Changes to Bookings</h4><p>If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our reservations during office hours or email. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.&nbsp;For booking cancellations please refer to our&nbsp;<span style="color: rgb(57, 86, 127);">cancellation policy below.</span></p><h4>3. Arrivals &amp; Departures</h4><p>Check in is from 2.00 pm and check out is by 10.00 am. Requests outside these times may incur fees. Please contact us directly to discuss.</p><h4>4. Requirements Upon Check-In</h4><p>If a credit card can not be provided a cash bond is payable upon check in. Cash bonds will not be refunded until a complete inspection of the vacant apartment by our staff has been conducted.</p><p>The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.</p><p>In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.</p><p>Please note that this property has a ‘No Party Policy’.</p><p>Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.</p><h4>5. Accommodation</h4><p>The accommodation at First Light Mooloolaba is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.</p><h4>6. Non Smoking</h4><p>First Light Mooloolaba is a non-smoking building and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your room. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest.</p><h4>7. Mid-Week Service</h4><p>A mid week service is provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.</p><h4>8. No Party Policy</h4><p>First Light Mooloolaba has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking a 3 Bedroom Skyhome for a hens, bucks, birthday party or any other private event as you risk being fined and evicted.</p><h4>9. Child Policy</h4><p>Children ages 0-2 years are free of charge using existing bedding. Cot hire is available for $10 per night. Must be pre advise resort prior to arrival. Adult rate applies for children ages 3-14 years.</p><h4>10. Travel Insurance</h4><p>We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance.</p><h4>11. Copyright</h4><p>Images and content on the website may not be copied, saved or used in any format unless written permission is granted.</p><h4>12. Force Majeure</h4><p>We will not be in breach of the agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance and with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of First Light Mooloolaba. We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever.</p><p><br></p><h4><strong class="ql-size-large">Cancellation Policy</strong></h4><p><strong>High Season (20/12/2024 – 11/01/2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;19/12/2025 – 10/01/2026)</strong></p><p>If booking is cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If booking dates cross seasons, the most restrictive policy will apply to the booking.</p><h4><strong>Low &amp; Mid Season (All other dates)</strong></h4><p>If booking is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.</p><p>If booking dates cross seasons, the most restrictive policy will apply to the booking.</p><h4>No refunds apply for booking made on a non-refundable rate.</h4><p>1.5% credit card surcharge applies for all Visa, Mastercard and American Express transactions.&nbsp;</p>
